Work / Private capital

Design, backtest, deploy and monitor, from one dashboard.

An internal dashboard for a trader managing capital on behalf of others: strategies designed, tested, deployed and monitored across multiple US brokers, with intelligent order slicing and distributed execution.

The challenge

Several brokers, several strategies, no single place to run them.

Strategies were being designed, tested and run across more than one US broker, each with its own interface and its own behaviour. There was no single surface from which to deploy something, watch it, or stop it.

Execution quality was the other half of the problem. Orders needed slicing and distributing rather than being sent whole, and that logic had to sit inside the same system that deployed the strategies.

What we did

One interface, four jobs.

The result

Full internal control over live strategies.

A scalable system running at roughly 50ms, with reduced slippage and full internal control over live strategies on substantial capital.

Because the same system designs, tests, deploys and monitors, there is no gap between what was tested and what trades, and no second tool to reconcile against.

“Anyone looking for a properly built trading system can confidently trust the team end to end.”
