CF Trading is a joint venture we co-own with Camel Finance. We automated a cycle trading method that had been executed by hand for fifteen years, then built the entire product around it and still run it.
Camel Finance had built a following of around forty thousand and a cycle trading method refined over fifteen years. The method worked, but it lived in his head and was executed by hand, so there was nothing his audience could run for themselves.
The gap was software, not distribution. Turning a discretionary method into a product meant encoding the rules, then building everything around them that a paying subscriber expects: access, data, learning material, a place to ask questions, and billing.

CF Trading went from nothing to over 2,300 paying members, built on an audience that already existed. We took equity rather than a fee, and we still run the platform.
It is the clearest demonstration of the model: where someone owns real distribution and a method that works, the software is the missing half, and it is worth owning rather than billing for.
